*Damn I Fell Stupid* Skinning a Cube

Right, so I have this cube. And I have the .mdl and I have the texture. I read that you need to edit the .mdl file to have the texture in it, but I really just don't know what to do. So if somebody could do me a favor and set up this cube so I can import it into Warcraft with the texture applied, I'd really appreciate it.

I can't seem to upload .blp's, so here's the jpeg. Just use Warcraft 3 Viewer to convert it.
