Overwhelmed Work, need a team

I need to gather a team to help me make a diablo 2 map, mostly cuz im sick of all the new map makers who just came from diablo trying to make a map with no skill at all (repitive aint it?) ne ways..
The maps will go like this, in title, Diablo 2 LOD (Acts 1 & 2), Diablo 2 LOD (Acts 3 & 4) and then to act 5, i want to make an almost exact copy of diablo, i mean everything exact, in fact ive already got the trigger where when u kill andy and talk to warren it closes the map and opens the map for act 2, (thats right seperate maps, I expect them to be big and very very interactive, like diablo (duh))
I need help with:
Terrain
Skins or models if we can find the right one to place the skin on
(im handling triggers)
And some1 To Work on custom characters/spells
Of course ne1 can suggest ideas, and ne1 can help in any part of the map, (rember we are a team not a plantation)
So then i guess we can get started by people posting ne work they can add here!
And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont post here to tell me its a dumb idea or sum1 else is doing or to just plain out critize me,(well, ideas will help but still) just try to post here with contact info, and what your willing to do, that kind of stuff, THANKS!

Since I Have So Far Recived LITTLE HELP I Have Started Myself, So Far I Have The Paladin And Barbarian Models,Basic And Some Advanced Triggers,First Person View, With Keyboard Controls, I have A Realistic Rouge Encampment, A Secret Stash (For ur items), The Town ShopKeepers, Character Selection System, And The Intro/ Intro Voting System,

What I Need:
Finish Rest of Terrain, Get Other 4 Models/Skins,Finish Triggers, Umm Wow Thats Actually About It (Harder Than It Looks Tho)

I need Help,If I Wanna Do Acts 1-5 IM Gonna Need Help,I Guess I Can Do It Alone If Sum1 Can Tell Me Where To Get Some Models At...
