multiple targets

I once saw an enfo map were there was a hero that had an ability that let him attack many units at once. the attack "splitted" when he threw it and hit many units.

maybe a bad explanation, but I hope you get it.

Oooh, wait. You want an explanation how to make this spell yourself?! :O Well then why didn't you say so? Use Barrage as a base for the spell and make it target land units.
Problem is though, I can't figure out how the damage value of that skill is exactly the same as the damage value that the hero would do with his normal attack.
