open rpg series

I'm making a series of open rpgs with save/load there's gunna be atleast 3 different maps. There will also be an actual RPG map or 2 which can also save/load from the the series of maps. I need some people to help me out with this because this is going to take some time with all the items, units, triggers, and spells to create. If anyone wants to join/help and/or has any suggestions, then post your replies here!

Do you have a lot of experience in mapmaking?

no not really, i'm still learning, but i can terrain, script, but some triggs are hard for me to understand, thats why i need help. and i also need to learn the save code trigger cuz i used the one on we unlimited and it only saves level 140

I'll help you if you want, I'm good at thinking up plots, I can't model, ok at skinning and good at terraining. So, can I help?

Just a suggestion, rather than making tons of custom heroes, let players create their own - choose a str/agl/int character and learn whatever spells they like to use with best. This way its more like a typical online open rpg and saves the hassel of people leaving the game because they've chosen the wrong character.
