Creating Order Strings

Hey, does anyone know how to create order strings for spells? I know you can choose them in the world editor but i need to create new ones and do it OUTSIDE the world editor.

You can't invent order strings. In fact, I believe changing the order string on a spell doesn't do anything.

Perhaps I can suggest an alternative, if you tell us what you want to do overall.
