Modeling with MS Paint? Not really, but...

i just wanna make some minor modifications on a few models, nothing special really, but since I'm rather into skinning I don't have a idea how -
the question is, which program should i use? Help plz?

Ay caramba, it took me some time but I found some help by older threads in this forum. Thanks anyway for having read this.
