I have serious problems. Everytime I skin a unit skin and uses it and tries it in a map you can only see the teamcolor (see the pic below). This is how I skin: 1, Open up the Image Extractor II, and picks a skin I want to edit, saves it as *.jpg. 2, Open up Photoshop 7.0, open up *.jpg begin to edit the picture, saves it as *.tga, closes down Photoshop 7.0. 3, goes to Image Extractor II and opens the image (*.tga) and saves it as *.blp. 4, Imports the skin on the map and adds the path, starts the map and see this kind of unit (It is a little bit cool is it not?) Why the hell does all my skin turns out like this?? |

Save it as tga, as jpg loses your alpha channel, which causes your problem here. |

if you attempt to convert a jpg back with the img converter, it will ask you if you want to to put an opaque alpha layer, if you choose yes, you will see all the actual skin changes you made, but will not see any of the alpha channel changes you might have made. If you choose no, I believe you will get that right there |
