Chat

Alrighty, I'm having a problem with the chat link. I click on the chat button and it brings up the two options, General and Development. But then when I click on either of those, nothing happens: I just get an empty popup that says "Chat Powered by:vBXirc 2.5", along with the button to close the window. I've noticed the url that appears in the bottom-left of the screen has the same address as the current page I'm viewing, whatever that may be. I'm using Internet Explorer, whatever the newest version of it is. I set security down to minimum, and still nothing happened. I get onto a different computer using Netscape 7, and it works fine. Any idea what the heck is going on?

Go into your security for the internet on your properties, and enable things like jscripting and activeX or anything that is disabled and try again.

Hmm... still nothing. I tried putting everything at both prompt and enable. Would there be something elsewhere than Tools-->Internet Prefrences-->Security?
