Immortal Freedom

I'm currently working on Immortal Freedom, and as my work progresses I'll post storyline, character backgrounds, and various other items related to it here. This is going to be a campaign replacing ALL 4 of the original campaigns. Once I have a steady footing, I'll be looking for people to help out with the project.

Bloodline History: The Ushanduul Clan has ruled over Imnareth for 13 centuries, 24 generations, coming into power by default as the other clans of the land were crippled by plagues and poverty. 9 centuries ago, a powerful warrior who called himself the Bringer of Demons rose to power in the province of Walerin, he challenged the current lord of the lands, Emperor Ushanduul IX. As the Ushanduul Clan fought the Bringer, their numbers were slaughtered by amazing forces...driving the emperor insane as he attempted to find a path to victory. With the empire in chaos and legions of its armies destroyed, the Bringer began a march towards the City of Gods, home of the Emperor. With no hope left for victory, the Emperor prayed not to the gods who had failed him, but to a demon lord known as Imnatus Den Heffiro, ancient tongue for Living Hellfire. The demon lord granted his prayers for victory, sending his armies to the surface and slaughtering the Bringer's forces and maiming the Bringer himself. Ushanduul make a final request upon Imnatus, to exchange his body with the Bringer's, and then slaughtering his old body. At such a request, Imnatus said he required the pledge of his family's bloodline. The Emperor cut open his abdomen, pulling his stomache from his body. He took a bite from his own stomache and swollowed, then handed the stomache to Imnatus, who then took a bite and swollowed. The Ushanduul bloodline, was forever to be cursed as a servant of Imnatus, and children of the new Bringer, Emperor Ushanduul IX.

Personal History: The Prince is the son of Emperor Ushanduul XXIV and the Empress, Liaetes Sireal Luminar Ushanduul. At the age of six, his mother found the emperor sleeping with another woman, the Prince walked in the room as he saw his father kill his mother and the mistress. Knowing he would be slain if he told anyone of the happening, he kept the secret to himself, no longer hidden from his father's corruption. As he grew he began to train in unarmed combat, vowing to avenge his mother's namesake and death. His training regiment began to include forbidden arts of a combat style called Demon Rush, techniques used by the Bringer of Demon centuries past. At age 14, the Prince purchased 2 slaves, Jimara and Garonot. He fled from the City of Gods with his now free slaves and friends, seeking out a method of power in which he could combat his father and the Empire of Ushanduul.
