When i edit a skin it changes the bit that shows you who it belongs 2 for example when i edit a head hunter it turns the hair black instead of red with was the owner of the unit PLZ HELP!!!!!!

I'd imagine that the problem comes from using an editor that doesn't support alpha channels, or using a file format other than Targa(.tga) when exporting the skins. If you use something other than .tga, stop using that and switch to .tga. Otherwise, read the next section.


The Next Section:
If you aren't already, you need to use an image editor that supports alpha channels: I use Photoshop myself, but I hear Paint Shop Pro and The Gimp work as well. Your best bet if you don't have one and don't want to pay for one (They're quite expensive), would probably be to download the gimp. (If you're using Windows, I'd recommend downloading it from here:http://www2.arnes.si/~sopjsimo/gimp/stable.html )

If you're already using one of the above image editors, perhaps you deleted the alpha channel by mistake?

in using paint shop pro 8 but on a free trile (Dont know if it affects it) because it is too much.
