Go to Image -> Resize, choose "Percent" resize, make sure it maintains aspect ratio, and type 200 in the field.

Basically, just resize the skin to be twice it's normal size, and do everything else as usual. When you view/import it, it will work just fine.

Where is the resize button? 2nd step and i'm already lost, what a bummer. I think Image size is what you meant right? I did the same thing but did'nt see the ratio thing?

Forgot to specify that PSP and Photoshop have different terms for resizing images. -_-

It is best to have high res skins for cinematics and showcasing. Otherwise if you use them ingame make sure to shrink them back to their regular size. A lot of the detail will stay but not as much.
