morphing problem

I did a tank who can morph. In 3dsmax4, in the W3 previewer, all animations look fine but in the éditor (omg i never managed to do something with this editor that work at the first try...) when i try out my map :
when i active the morph, first the unit animates well but when its at the end of the anim, it looks like the anim reverses then the unit get suddently the place it is supposed to have at the end of the anim (u know, it looks like the program interpolate beetween 2 animations).

in the editor i changed the fields (of the spell) that is in french stats-durée-normal

durée in english=time how long it lasts

when i change it from 1.45 to 10:
the units animate fine, but i have to w8 10 sec (during this time the int can't move or do somthing else), then it just ****ing reverse and take back the good position

even stranger: i have give the unit the order to move and i activate the morph while it moves: it animates fine an continues to move.....
