Everybody knows the stalagmite's, coming from the ground, and 3/4 of them also knows the stalagtite's... though trying to make those in warcraft is a harder questions, i tryed, and see what i got... oh btw, check out my second shot as well, and tell me what you think. i'm going to use this terrain in my cinematic campaign (cotn like). the second shot looks good, missing fog though. as for the barrals at stalegtites, or which ever the upsidedown one is, they dont look very convincing, you could use the bottom of tree trunks tinted blue with consecutive layers of very thin barrels making it more natural looking, and pointed at the ends. and are those bone ribs youre using as walls? |

I tryed tree trunks, but stalagtite's hang the way down, with tree trunks you just have a maze of egdes pointing all sides... maybe the barrels are a good idea, but they're to hooky... oh and what i used now btw, are torches... Mozared |

i see now, i spose they would look worse if they were barrels, what about using the spiked carrapace model rotated 90 degrees |

Doesn't look that good IMO. |

I have to agree with Draco, I can barely see the ice. |

the walls look kinda wierd....also the stalagtites are not too convincing....the only thing i can think of is to use the undead glue screen(the one with the lich) and hide the rest except the stalagtites....that might work....proly not though :> |

You mean the stalagtite's? Quote:
If you mean the first cave... there isn't meant to be any. if you mean the second, look again, it's nearly only ice :\ Quote:
Walls are a bit symmetric indeed, i can fix this i think... Your right about the stalagtites, thats why i posted this tread :D and whats and "undead glue screen" ? whats up with hiding the rest and using it??? Mozared |

Ok, instead of Orc Screen Glues1, use the Undead Glues (I don't know which one, there are two). |

I don't see what a sunset would help in making stalagtite's or am i being stupid here :\ Mozared |

I quoted myself in my earlier thread. Anyway, just use Undead Glues by following "Just create a new doodad called "Sky" based on the Mushroom and change the model to Orc Screen Glues1 in the Gameplay constants section", but replace Orc Screen Glues1 with Undead Screen Glues (dunno which still). |

erhm... ok, trying Mozared |

Whatever this idea is, it's weird. i'm trying the upside down spiked carapace but 1: it isn't a model (maybe in the buff section, haven't looked there jet), and 2: how to turn it upside down? Mozared |
