I need help

Ok, i've been using a tutorial on how to make my own models. It's pritty basic i mean how hard can it be to make a pyramid wit ha ball that goes up and down. Its frikin hard. i finnaly got to the point where you make the different animations, like walking animations and other things. I cant open the program. Here is where the tutorial is, also where at the bottom is my question with the quote on where i gat to the problem. And Here is where i got the program that i cant use. I think its suppose to open with the world editor, because thats where i get the furthest. Im useing v1.14 of TFT. It opens then gives me the could not load file screen then gives me a black world editor screen. Help me out here. Im soo confused by this :( .
