I Can't Get My Avatar Working

Can someone tell me how to get the image in my signature to my avatar? Everytime I try to get it working the thing always says No Avatar.

I got it too work. I uploaded a Profile picture from my CPU and used that URL for my ava!!! It works, awesome!

It must be less than 100x100, and has a filesize limet as well
