Item triggers

Does anyone know a trigger where you pick up a weapon item with a certain hero and it wont let you use it ? And do you know a trigger where if you already have a weapon item it wont let you get another one? Thanks!

The second one is easy. Just make a trigger with a unit picks up an item event and do an if (unit has item) then drop last picked up item.
