I need upgrade ideas for my TD.

I am working on my tower defense and I need ideas for upgrades. There are five races: Fire, Ice, Poison, Earth, and Air. Each will need its own set of upgrades for the towers. If you want to go test the current version to help you out check it out in my sig. Anyways, submit suggestions for upgrades and I will include your name in my map credits. Here are some examples of what I need.
Ice:
Frost Burn I: Slows enemies for a short amount of time
Frost Burn II: Slows enemies for a longer amount of time
Frost Burn III: Slows enemies for the longest amount of time

Fire:
Scorch I: Burns enemies causing them to lose 3 armor
Scorch II: Burns enemies causing them to lose 6 armor
Scorch III: Burns enemies causing them to lose 10 armor

Now your ideas don't have to have multiple tiers, so I welcome any suggestions.

Hey its me again. Ive dl'ed the map and will test later today.
Air:
Auto cast Cyclone

Gathering of winds: does more damage for each wind tower (or maybe a specific few) adjacent to it.

Thermals: pssive ability where the attacked unit rises into the sky for a few seconds. Its like a stun but you cant attack the unit.

Earth:
Gravitic Attack : Huntresses Glaive

Gravitonne: auto cast ability where the targeted unit is brought slightly closer to the tower. cant be pulled off the path.

Poison:
Quick Acting Poison: unit is poisoned, more damage but shorter time

Slow Poison:unit is poisoned, less damage but lasts longer

Ice:
Hard Ice: unit is frozen solid, cant be attacked

Fire:
Combustion : does splash damage

I like gravitonne, and gathering of the winds sounds good. Combustion also sounds like a good idea. For poison, I have decided about the multiple tier base.

Unknown name(help me out here):
Level 1: 25% chance to inflict the poison, then unit is poisoned causing him to turn green and lose 5% of his health every second, every time he loses health he will be temporarily stopped. lasts for 4 seconds
Level 2: everything the same except now its 7% health
Level 3: same but 12% health
