how i change my base terrain set?

i make a map using the dalaran terrain, but i need the snow cliff, how i change the base terrain set to other (exemple northrend) to make a cliff snow.

I dont think there is a way to do it in WE, as in the modify tileset window you cant change cliff tiles, try using WE unlimated, or UMSWE

i use this editors... dont work...
