too dark, too contrasted. try making the skin shinier by putting some white in it. give it the impression the eyes glow by spraying red around the eye. the whole thing needs shading. next time, show more skin and less blurry background.
Just remember 2 things. 1 I havent skinned in a long time (You probably didnt know that) two im trying to stick to the concept so the black spots are where there are no visible scales on the unit. Heres a small update, I fixed the bg and the eye.
