Really big but very cool model request

Can someone make a model from this guy plz. I really need it for a map I'm making. The map is something like Dragonball with all the fighting and stuff. The model needs many animations:

- a run animation
- a stand animation where he stretches his neck to the left and to right.
- a stand animation where he streches his legs
- an attack animation where he makes a 360 spinning kick
- an attack animation where he punches with his left arm
- an attack animation where shoots a ball from his right handpalm
- an attack animation where he makes a sidekick with his right leg
- a cast animation where he put his right arm up and summons a ball above him
- a cast animation where he breaths fire from his mouth
- a dead animation
- an animation where he jumps in the air and makes a salto
- a potrait (talking animations not necessary)
