Its hard to see you should zoom in more. But from what I can see you need shading. Lots and lots of shading. However not bad for a first skin.

Nice for your first skin. As everyone suggested, shading is the way to go, definently by the face and ears. Also, maybe you should try trimming the armor (the top part of which could use some shading as well).
