It appears that the alpha channels are corrupt but they are not. Some areas alphaed out fine and other didnt get removed at all. In the viewer it looks fine. I know it is possible to remove those black areas. I dunno why my skin isnt working though. Any ideas on how to fix?

its the filtermode of the model... its set to none instead of transparent/blend/addalpha most models has this so its irritating :) anyway i fixed it for you, do you need a portrait too?

It is for a map and the owner is a bit nazi. He wont allow custom models. Thanks for doing it anyway.

nah... like i said, the filtermode is set to none, meaning the skin will be flat on it, no special things about it... even if its transparency on the skin(meaning you erased, alpha channelled..)
only Blend/Transparent/AddAlpha allows transparency of skins to be seen through... so dont assume doing that will work ;)

Thanks alot Alfred, I've been working on a SH skin and I've run into that problem too, I'd really appreciate it if you could post a fixed portrait too.
