Minions Dissapear, why?

My hero uses a bear form like ability and a Summon misha type ability. I want to be able to summon things first then change into my form without my summoned guys dissapearing. Can anyone answer me?

Why dont you base the 'summon misha' off the 'pheonix' ability of the blood mage? Im pretty sure those units dont dissapear.
