Possible Site Slowdown and/or Downtime [AND] Hosted Project Banners

In the next day or two, we will be upgrading vb to 3.0.0, fixing the tutorial link, and other bugs on the site. This may cause some slowdown or temporary down-time, so please be patient.

Also, if you have any forum suggestions or comments, I'd love to hear them.

Draco plz this download section is a disaster. Ive been here long enough 2 see how the dload section has evolved but this is the first 1 that wasen't the best decision. Theres even moderators who hate it. only 20% approve of this change almost half flat out hate it. Im not a person 2 argue because u guyz do so much work and it isin't easy, im in the process of learnning all this online pgraming stuff my self, me and 47% of the community find this 2 be a problem. Plz take this into consideration. I have yet 2 here that from any1. Its nice 2 be heard. Anywayz thank u for ur time

Not like I don't agree with you, but your statistics are unprovable. Therefore rendering them useless, the Download Section has been burnt to ashes, no point in trying to build the wood from them aye?

Anyway I'd like to see the Screenie of the Month, and the Banners back up on the front page. I just noticed how I miss those today when I went to click on the Banner for the Hunted Campaign site to see if there were any updates, and alas the banner wasn't there and I had to type in hunted.wc3campaigns.com.

draco, is there a max filesize to them, and can we animate em?

I'd prefer if they weren't huge files. Try to keep them as small as possible. Animation doesn't matter to me as long as it's good, and doesn't raise the filesize too high.

You should not have the layout like this; remove the left column and put those stuff beneath the right column. Right now the news items are way too small, makes it hard to read :/

Indeed. I'd really rather not have to go out and buy a monitor with 2048x1536 resolution just so I can view the front page.

hey u should get id of the highlight colors that appear around a sing thats a link. they always have a blue trim then after selected are purple. There should be none of tht color.
