I know we're supposed to be taking vowes of warcraft 3 concept sanctity but.....

I need some crits on this pic I was drawing as we were deciding it.

everything is perfect but the head, fix the eyes/hair, if you want me to do something ill be glad to

I noticed the eyes were messed up, I'm not really sure what to do about the hair though.

i dunno how to really explain it, but it looks like she has no hair covering her whole head.

well. here's something that i made to try to make it easier to explain. like the hair should be.... i cant really explain it but the red line is a example of where the hair should be. it depeneds for different people....

it looks cool, but i'd really reccomend ditching anime for awhile and drawing realistically. anatomy is teh pwn. :D

i started manga first, got used to it, then broke into my own style, (hence the sig), i use half chibi people, so now im a comic artist (sorta) and i draw a mix of manga (anatomy, hair, expressions, eyes(sorta)) and a bit o me own (eyes(sorta) some expressions

you can ditch anime if you want to, but i suggest that you go on in anime (if you really want to) but try out different styles.

well manga eyes are hard to draw, i do it wrong every time i try, they arent so bad they are just in a wrong position i mean they r too big and close to each other, other than that u could always get rid of the hair problem by adding a caporal cap or sumthing on his head, it would be cool (dunno if u know wat i mean)

Decent pic for ref, but hair doesnt go that much above the skull, unless it has some MAJOR volume... Maybe about half that. I would have it that high for a girl with really curly hair, or a guy with his hair slicked back

Lol he's a she, I thought the breasts and long hair was a dead give away but I might be wrong ;) . The eyes are not too big, I am trying to draw the manga style seen in 'Orphen', very big saucer like eyes.

the most important thing to remember, is that the hair isnt just laying there, on top of the head, its actually growing from the scalp.

just use google search for anime tutorials and how-to-draws, that should sxpain it better tyhen i or that idiot can ^^~!
