World's Simplest Model (Request)

I was wondering if someone could make a simple 2D model that's just a plane flat, surface. Trick is, it will need to always face the same angle, no matter which camera angle you look at it from (like Abilities\Spells\Items\AIco\CrownOfCmndTarget.mdl but not animated). It should come with a plain skin, and have medium sized dimensions.
