Are that any new things?

are that any new skin programes?? :\ becuase i played Diablo 2 a time..
and now i see that all du much better skins. A year ago it was not so good skins. Or is all much better on skinning now?? :\ :(

By 'skin programes', I assume you mean Graphics Packages.

When you say new, what would you regard as old?
