Skin Problem?

Well, im making a skin fir my friend's map (which im not attaching cause he wants it exclusive..) well, its pretty much a gold plate + chan mail blademaster with a small beard, right? I transparencied part of the beard out, and it works 100% fine in wc3viewer, right? Well, when I put it in the map, it only shows the glow/teamcolor.. Anyone mind helping? ill email you it (tell me ur email)

... the tga plugin, nor the 7.0.1 or 7.1 patch will work on my Photoshop, so I cant edit aplhas.

change your software then if its so impossible on your current version of photoshop. do you have the legal version?

That seems a bit of a hasstle :-/ Could I email you the skin, and have you alpha it? Also, what was the gimp URL, anyways? The link someone told me ended up being a porn site...
