Question for Wc3 Veiwer

When looking at skins and models i've always noticed people like Whitehorn and Egg and Jancithe having them in wc3 veiwer poses and making a great looking setup. I have wc3 veiwer, but I don't quite know how to wrap the skin I want to use around the model so I can do cool looking collages like that. Could anybody please give me a link to a detailed tutorial of how to do so, or tell me how to do it themselves? I'd appreciate it.

EDIT: Aww crap i'm sorry. I put this in the wrong topic. I didn't know there was a topic for tools. I apoligize. I figure it'll be seen either in there or in here, so rather then spamming it in 2 topics i'll just leave it here and hope it gets moved. Once again, sorry.

Do we? I don't.

Simple, place the skin in the filepath directory. For example. The Hero Demon Hunter aka Illidan, uses the texture path of 'Textures/HeroDemonHunter.blp'

Inside your Warcraft 3 folder, create a folder called 'Textures' and place the skin in there.

Obviously not all skins go in Textures, that's the next milestone to cross.

When you have the .blp in the right path, it should show on the appropriate unit in Image Viewer and World Editor (but only in-game when you import them to a map).

Regarding shadows, easy - just goto render > and deselect shadows.

Hope this helps

Next time Shadow_Lame_Reputation_Lackey_Strike, dont post what you clearly dont know about.

Hey, thanks. The only problem i'm having now is that sometimes its kind of glitchy and when my guy is moving parts of him because transparent, but I rotate in other spots and they aren't transparent anymore, as if somthings colliding with them. Any idea how to fix that?

I think that's because you're too close from your model, it is colliding with the "fictive screen" : try to move it away, and you shouldn't have problems anymore.

i've moved away, i've turned off meshs, i've turned off the axis, and i've tryed every backround color. Its not working properly. The skin wraps around its just a little buggy. But I found another way to do the collage thing.. Just doing worldediter with terrain off and grid off. About to post my skin in the skins gallery thing.. again.
