keyboard,trigger,camera help

ok, i am making a map with camera that is defulty in a over veiw angle. like a birds veiw. so wut i want is when u press left or right on the keybord(arrow keys) the camera rotaits. and its not a lock camera. and when u press up and down, the camera gose out and in. like closer. i am a noob at camers and triggers so plz help me. this might become a kool map if it works!
