I can't put skin/model I made in the game!

This is what I've done so far:

I opened up War3 Viewier grabed the VillagerMan.blp converted it to a TGA, then I opened it in Photoshop edited it (I'm trying to make a black villager) I finished editing it. Then opened War3 Viewer again converted it back to .blp. I can view the skin in the viewer just fine. Now I want there to be a seperate model for the black villager so I opened up Yogduls file converter opened up the villagerman.mdx and converted to villagerman.mdl I then opened notepad and changed the texture from \units\critters
villagerman.blp to textures\blackvillagerman.blp (witch is what I call the new skin) then I save the model and rename it blackvillagerman.mdl then I convert it to .mdx Now I'll check in the War3 Viewer I open the model the skin doesn't come up on it, then I go to remap texture and find the blackvillagerman.blp skin open it up in the War3 Viewer put the skin on the model and it works fine. Now when I open up TFT World Editer and go to import manager and import both the black villager model, and skin I have no idea where to find these things in the world editer, after I've imported them. The import manager says it's there but I've got no idea where to even start looking for them, I've opened and closed the World Editer I went threw all the unit trees, I don't see any thing, nothing has changed at all, does anyone know what i'm doing wrong!??

Sincerely,

Upload your skins, models, and map and someone should be able to help you.

Or, just use these. There are some I made on request. You can find more villagers there too, if you need them.

Black regular

Black suited

Use the skin from these, though. It's an improved skin version I made afterwards.

Correct me if am wrong but i think that Strom means he cant find the models.
in object editor, pick a unit u want the model on. lets take peasant. go to art-modelfile.
open it, now you should see 3 strings. in the middle it says imported or something.
search something like blackvillagermale.mdl. select it and click ok.
now the peasant is the blackvillager.

if im wrong please consider this not written.
