WHat do I do to use the skins/models on this site?

Hello! I am Indigo. You may not know me unless you been around the internet a few times...anyway, for a long time i have been interested in using new skins/models. With TFT I thought it possible, but when I download them they are Zip files with nothing in them. is there some program that can get the blp out of them or how do I do them right. I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I'm new :\

Yes, it is the wrong place, anyways it is all about a dumb XP bug, just get winrar or winzip or extract the files somewhere instead of double clicking.
