I made a model and got it all set up according to the blizzard tutorial that came with the art tools, but there's a problem. When I import the model, the attack animation doesn't play fluidly. It seems that it plays the attack animation twice, the second interupting the first. This might be okay normally, but my guy is a robot, and it seems unnatural to have him reach back, then reach back again then lurch forward - the animation would be much more believable without that first twitch. Perhaps this is another animation, and since I don't have one, it defaults back to Attack? I tried putting in a "Stand Ready" animation, in which he just sits there, but it doesn't remove the jerky attack (It does, however work when he's told to attack someone). I'd appreciate any help you can give. Metalman |

"Stand Ready" must start and end with the Attack position. Try that out, since your "Stand Ready" is just a nomove animation. |

Do you mean that it must start and end with the first frame of "Attack" or that it must start and end with a different frame in "Attack" Sorry to bug you. BTW: My attack animation starts and ends in the frame 0 position, so I guess "stand ready" already does start and end with the same frames. |

I guess its the frame before it goes back to the Frame 0 position (in attack anim) |
