Sorry if this is a really noob questions

1. How would i get a unit or hero to be moved from there current place to a diff place.

2. is there a trigger thats makes you only allow to have 1 hero max?

1. Use the action: Unit - Move unit (instantly)
2. Action: Melee Game - Limit Heroes to 1 per Hero-type (for all players)
Edit: Sorry if answer 2 was false information, I wasn't exactly sure what he/she was asking.
