Okay, open up the Sound Editor.

Import the music file. Play it with triggers.

You could use a loop trigger for the music to keep repeating or you could make a list of songs for it to play, but I'm too lazy to write the trigger here. (besides, you just asked how to add them anyways.

Also, I'd add the music file after EVERYTHING is done on the map. I think that it will reset all sound files to 0 sec. if you change stuff after you add them.
