Jungle or forest

IM currently making a terrain, and i need advice. should i use forest or jungle on all the raised areas?

Well, it depends on that road, on who built it. If it was a race like humans I would think it would be more of a forest, but if its more of an ancient forgotten road made by night elves I would use jungle.

What do you mean exactly with "use forest or jungle on the raised areas" what would exactly be the diffrence?

for jungle i would used recoulered ruins trees, bits of rubble, and more things like river rushes. for a forest i would use ashenval evleswoods and abre trees, and more foliage like bushes and flowers.

DungeonM, its used by trolls, but it was probably built by woodelves, or some long forgoten race.

Personally I think that a jungle would be... fitting for it then.

Probably use jungle, at least I would. Matches the setting more!

It's entirely up to you. I like personally like dark forest the most, but if you wanted a dark forest, you'd need to place some doodles along the road to make it look creepy.

i'd go for a jungle, it would add a nice ambiance and it also looks fine
forests are too much used, but thats not my point... jungles would fit
