"Buy Bar Trigger"

A unit walks up to a store buys "Bar Deed"
Owner of unit can type -open bar / -close bar to open and close the bar. The unit can also walk into the bar onto a region then type "storage room" and be moved to a nother region. How can this be done? The player must also be able to sell back the bar.
