hi its me again.... i wonder if some of u guys could recommend a program/tool for voice creating things.... u know... creating voices for my wc3 campaigns.... (please give me a link where i can find programs/tools) |

Well, if you want to make your own voices, you need a headset/microphone and a sound recording program, my comp ccame with one, I've seen headsets and mikes that come with them, if not then just search yahoo.
