Oinkerwinkle's anim transfer: I still don't get it

Ok, I've tried out oinkerwinkle's anim transfer program, in the hopes I could make my own anim transferred models, seeing how nobody would be helpful. Yet I really do not get it. Experienced people who have used it, I need help! I don't understand a single thing. If I wish to make an anim transfer, how would I go about it?

Is it the one that transfers single anims (I can't use that one), or the one that transfers all animations ? If it's the second one, all you have to do (provided the two models are compatible, which is often not the case) is convert both mdx (the model you want to transfer the anims to and the one you want to transfer from) to mdl. Then use the browse function for each of the first two fields to tell the program where the two mdl's are in your PC. The first one is the one you want to transfer the anims to, the second is the one you want to transfer the animations from. in the third field, enter the path where you want the resulting file to be created (ex.: C:\MyDocuments\myfirstanimtransfer.mdl ). Then click "transfer", click "done" when the program has finished transfering, and convert the created mdl to mdx. This will often display an error message because the two models are not compatible, then I guess you'll have to redo the transfer by editing the mdl yourself (I can't do that).
Often the program creates problems with bones that are not common to both models or with the corpse that doesn't appear on the right animation, you'll have to correct it yourself too.

Where can I find the second one? I've never seen it anywhere...

The program does both. Its so very simple.

1, select source mdl (the model you want to use)
2, select animation mdl (the animations you want to transfer)
3, name your output file (the name of the new mdl you are making)

4, click transfer

and you're done.

How hard is that?
