Model Help Please.

Well i put this together and now i tried animateing it and it seems to be seriously messed up can anyone help please?


I gave it a small skeliton and in max the animations look fine but in the viwer only the bones move.


Note its a max file.
another note I didnt make this model its arthas and Hellscream edited.
one more I only have stand animation notes on atm.


Any help would be great.
