I see other people with things above their avatars rather then the standard registered user. I know from PhpBB that these are called ranks but I am uncertain to as whether the admin has too assign them to the users or not.
Or if I post a certain amount of times I recieve this option?
IIRC, you can choose your "title" yourself. Not sure if the functionality is up an running, though, and where exactly you'd find it :) I selected mine a long time ago.
