Looking for a good skinner

I am looking for a good skinner to skin my samurai model. here is a picture of it then look in this thread for the uv map.

Either thro'me the max or the uv and ill skin it up nice'n good or atleast ill try skin'im up'n good.

Because wc3c will not let me upload the same pic I gave a link in my first post please use that for the uv mapping

I was debating that, but I think cartoony would look the best.
