Model finished in 3D Studio Max, now what ?

I created a model , based on the Human Peasant, in 3D Studio Max.
The Model is finished and the texture is also finished.
I used the Peasant model as a reference though the model is new.

The texture is currently bmp 256x256x32bit so there is no alfa stuff...

how do I proceed :

1. I would like the model to be animated in the same way as the peasant
2. I would like to know how I change the texture so that the team colors can be used in the proper way.

If I get a proper answer, I might post the texture and the .3ds model.

well, your pushing it if you want the anims the same as the peasant, but;
  • Never make textures in .BMP format, always .TGA or even .JPG.
  • Team Color can be achieved by reading a tutorial.

I hope that answers a couple of questions.
