Help! Edit Kael's portrait

Could someone please remove Kael's shoulderpads on his portrait (parts surrounded with green on picture), I'm creating a modified portrait (modified camera), and I can't get rid of them by alphaing them out : when I alpha these parts out, they still show in game and are all red (or the corresponding teamcolor, I guess it is connected with the fact that these polygons use teamcolor).

An alternative solution would be to geomerge a druid of the talon with beard removed with Kael's portrait's head (and not the opposite, since I want to keep the face's animations).

Thanks for the help Oinkerwinkle, but I meant (I might have not been very clear) the whole thing I circled in green, that is the "double shoulderpads" and the thing around the neck. In fact, all this surface that has teamcolor (I don't care if there are holes unless they are really near the neck, because the portrait's camera will be very close from the head). But it was nice from you to help, thanks.

This then?

I could also just make the shoulder pads alpha-able instead of team-colored if you want.

Edit: Oops, I just realized that I didn't get rid of the thing behind his head. That should be able to be alphaed, though.

Thanks a lot, that's exactly what I meant.
