Naga Race for Altered Melee

I was wondering a idea that came to my attention recently About the Naga, and was wondering if Someone could help me make them as a playable race for a melee game (Altered melee) Basically I have 2 maps I want do this too: (4)Islands.w3x, and (8)Mul'gulOasis.w3x. Now what I need help with is Simple enough that I don't know how to do It.(LOL)

What I need to do is make the Naga a Melee race by making them non campaign units, and making the Naga seawitch trainable in the alter of the depths, change some hotkeys, and of course make the Temple of tide registered as a Town hall so when the games start it doesn't say U must build a town hall with in blah blah or you will be revealed! SO can anyone help me out?
