Crypt Fiend Ice Mage

I need a model (wait would it be a skin...?) for a Crypt Fiend Ice Mage.
Basically it just has bits of snow all over it and looks a bit frozen.
Not that hard?

(Plus, could you tell me the path for the Crypt Fiend?)
