Milkshape import/export?

I know there are several tutorials on this subject already, but I was wondering if someone could tell me exactly what I *currently* need to import/export from/to Milkshape from WC3 .mdx files. Depending on what read-mes/tutorials I look at, I'm getting somewhat different lists. Thanks for your time.

You will need the old MDL exporter, I don't remember who made it, and the mdx importer, which I also don't remember who made it, nor where I got them, execpt on these forums. Just look a round in the site.
