Can't get custom avatar to work!

I can't get the custom avatar to work
Size of teh pic is 96 x 58 and it's only ~2kB
and it's JPEG.I tryed the GIF also,still it doesn't work

when you insert url and submit, it wont come up, you'll have to view a post to see it

I've hosted the pic on ImageShack and i have copied the url to the Enter Avatar URL field and when i try yo save the changes i get this message:

Error - cannot find an image at the specified URL. Please make sure that you have entered a valid URL.

nice triple post you got there too...next time, use the edit button?

Why don't you just save the image from the url you are using to your computer and use that as your avatar? It is a lot more convinient and quicker.
