Troll Berserker model

I've created a hero from a shadow hunter and made it a human hero. I changed it's model to headhunter/berserker. The problem is I want it to use the berserker model and not the headhunter.

I've tried creating a custom berserk upgrade for humans and changed the upgrade to researched for the map as well as adding it to the researched upgrade list on the hero. It's pretty crucial that I get this model working because my hero has to be a duel spear wielder.

Also, dispite the obvious mohawk on berserkers this hero is human, but it's the only model that wields two spears so it works pretty good. How do I change the animated graphic next to the hero stats from troll to something human?

in the Object editor, while editing Units, there is a field called "Required Animation Names" .... copy/paste those fields from the original berzerker to the human berzerker and all should work fine...
NOTE: it will show the same in WE, but it will work ok in the game....
most probably the required animation names are "alternateex" , but i'm not sure....better check it...

Yea, setting those 3 fields to "alternate" did it. Although I still have the 'face graphic' on the left a troll. Can't figure out which field that is or if it can even be changed...

well, maybe it's just a bug, or try poking around with it's portrait....
i can't help you on that one, sorry.... go to modeling forum and ask for advice there :)
