Exporting/Importing in G-Max help me i am lost ! I have converted the MDX to MDLwhat?

How to export/import in g-max i got the converter and i have conveted the MDX to MDL and now what...do i need any other software...i really need help ! o_O

ok....but where to download it ...and where to put it in the gmax folder C:gmax\ ???
